Military Career
In 2010, Trent enlisted in the United States Navy, serving honorably until 2013 when he left as a Boatswain’s Mate Second Class Petty Officer. While enlisted he was assigned to Command Seventh Fleet aboard the USS Blue Ridge in Yokosuka, Japan, he was responsible for ship operations, deck management, and assisting in official events for foreign dignitaries and high-ranking officers called “Big Top Events”.
During his service, he earned the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) designation, recognizing his advanced knowledge and proficiency in shipboard operations across all warfare disciplines. His exceptional performance earned him multiple awards, including Bluejacket of the Year (2011), Junior Sailor of the Year (2012), and the Navy Achievement Medal (2012).
He played a critical role in Operation Tomodachi, the U.S.-Japan humanitarian relief mission following the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. Serving aboard the Pacific Fleet’s communication ship, he contributed to logistics and coordination efforts that helped deliver over 280 tons of supplies, reopen airports, and support Fukushima recovery operations. For his outstanding efforts during this mission, he received the Joint Meritorious Service Medal—a distinction recognizing his dedication and service during one of the largest humanitarian operations in Navy history.
Throughout his naval career, he traveled to 13 countries across Southeast Asia, volunteering in most countries, gaining invaluable experiences that deepened his appreciation for leadership, teamwork, and service—principles that continue to guide him today.
Early Life
Trent Brands was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, he grew up with a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and determination.
At Springboro High School, he was a standout football player, earning 1st Team All-GWOC Conference honors for his performance on the field.
His commitment to training and perseverance also led him to win the school’s Lift-a-Thon for the middle weight division, setting the stage for a life built on hard work, resilience, and leadership.

Real Estate Career
After completing his military service, he transitioned into real estate in 2014, channeling his discipline and commitment to helping others into a new mission—helping individuals and families achieve their goals of homeownership.
He began as a licensed agent handling residential and commercial sales throughout Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, later expanding his work to Florida. In addition to sales, he developed expertise in property investment, home flipping, and short-term rental management, earning recognition as an Airbnb Superhost for his attention to detail and hospitality.
From 2014 to 2020, he built a strong foundation as a trusted real estate professional in Ohio before relocating to Florida, where he pivoted into title services to further assist clients throughout the closing process. In 2022, he founded his first title company, growing it successfully before selling his share in 2025.
That same year, he established Title Base, a company built on the principle of service—dedicated to helping veterans, first responders, teachers, and medical professionals secure housing in Southwest Florida amid rising home costs.
Through Title Base, he continues to serve others with integrity, expertise, and a mission-driven approach rooted in his lifelong values of honor, hard work, and community.
