At Title Base, we’re thrilled to launch our Hometown Heroes Boost rebate program to save home buyers and sellers 15% towards their title policy.
What is it:
Designed for home buyers, and sellers, this initiative reduces closing costs by offering a 15% rebate on the owner's title insurance policy for qualifying individuals.
While Florida's Hometown Heroes program provides down payment assistance to eligible occupations, our Hometown Heroes Boost enhances it, or stands alone with fewer restrictions.
Who Qualifies:
We simplify eligibility to honor those who serve our communities.
If you're a current or former military member, first responder, educator, or medical professional, you qualify for our 15% title insurance rebate.
This applies to both home buyers and sellers—as long as you're the party paying for the owner's title policy.
No need to navigate complex state requirements; our program cuts the confusion for straightforward savings.
How it works:
At closing, Title Base rebates 15% of your owner's title insurance premium, lowering your total cost without reducing coverage.
The rebate goes towards whomever is paying for the title insurance premium, depends on how your contract is written, but this could be either the buyer or seller.
How Much is that:
It depends on the sales price of the home, obviously the higher the price the higher the rebate.
For example, in Collier County where the median home price is $825,000, a standard owner's title policy costs about $4,200. Our rebate saves you $630, that’s real money saved at closing, back in your pocket to spend on other things.
But like legally, how is this allowed ?!?
This rebate is legally supported by the Florida Supreme Court decision in Chicago Title Insurance Company v. Butler (2000), allowing agencies like ours to pass on a portion of our premium share.

Nope, we are completely separate. You can qualify for our program and not get
